I have installed nbu 7.6 on a new system with sap. I am trying to conifgure policy to backup redo logs and edited the redolog script, the util file and the initsap.sap file as mentioned in the admin guide. However when initiate a backup the nbu job completes successfully in a few seconds. On checking the bphdb logs I can see following error in the sap_stdout log
CONNECT system/*******'
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
In the stderr log file I see the below error
SAP_POLICY=xxxxx_LOG: Command not found.
export: Command not found.
I have checked with the dba and they insist the password for system account is correct. However the question back to me is from where does netbackup pick up the user account "system" and its password since its not hardcoded anywhere in the config files of netbackup.
The linking of Netbackup with SAP has also been done. (Oracle db without RMAN )
Please advice if I am missing anything in the config.
