Server side deduplication option

I have a Backup Exec 2014 server setup.  I have a dedupe volume created as well.  I have added my vcenter host and I am backing up a test VM with SQL on it.

In the best practice for deduplication it states that I should make sure that server side deduplication is on vs client side deduplication.  Where in the GUI do I find this option?
