I need a solution
Hi All,
We have one NBU Appliance 5230 which is running 2.6.0.3 in our environment.
Last week there was Hardware failure and we logged the case to Symantec Support. Support asked us to collect the DataCollect logs and send it to him for further investigation. After gathering the DC log from Appliance and copy to my laptop, I tried to extract the zip file but I can't. There was an error.
At first I thought file was courrepted. I tried 2nd and 3rd time but still the same. I can copy the file but can't extract out in my laptop.
Any idea?
