Set Volume Pool for specific library, without barcode rules

Is there a way, outside of using barcode rules, to specify tapes that are put into a specific library automatically get put into a specific volume pool? We have a new remote site with a library, however some of their barcodes partially overlap what we currently have in the environment. (i.e. 020xxxx.) I'd be content if we just said "tapes that are put into this library, with no regards to barcodes, are automatically assigned to this volume pool."

Or am I just dreaming?
