Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows Uinstall Fails

Hi,

I'm hoping that someone can help me with this.

I have Backup Exec installed on Windows Server 2008 and it refuses to uninstall.
The uninstall rolls back when nearing completion.

To note, we tried to install Backup Exec 2012 on the same server which failed, so we decided to uninstall 12.5 and then try agian.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
