Failed to copy to the desktop user data folder - ID backup doesn't exist

Hi,

we have a notebook (winXp SP3) with DLO 7.5 SP1 installed.

It always returns error "Failed to copy to the desktop user data folder. Error: Backup ID doesn't exist" when it tries to backup the same file (*.xlsx).

DLO works fine on the other clients (same profile)

How can i solve this issue?
