Backup failure with 239 error code

Hi ,

I am working with Netbackup 7.6.0.2 tool. I am getting backup failures with 239 error code for SQL database backups. 

Basically the backup is failing sporadically i.e the backup fails in its first attempt but it becomes successfull automatically in its next attempt . Somehow it is taking wrong clientname entry during the first run ( it is taking uppercase characters) and in the next attempt it gets rectified and backup is successful.
