Clean / purge old accelerator track logs on clients

Netbackup creates an accelerator track log locally on each client based on policy name and a few other factors.

Some of our larger servers have track logs over 1GB

If we move this server to another policy, or create a new naming standard, a new 1GB track log will be created.

Currently, existing track logs have to be deleted manually. As Netbackup is responsible for creating the logs, it should also clean or delete any old outdated logs.
