Cant start Backup exec 2010R3

Hi all

I tried some solutions but with no success

In win errors is :

The Backup Exec Server Service did not start.  An internal error (10) occurred in object 13.

Server:XXXXXXXXX, Service:BackupExecAgentBrowser failed to start.
Error: (1068) - The dependency service or group failed to start.

Restarting de services:

Error starting the service Backup Exec Agent Browser on XXXXXXXX

Any help please
