Hi all,
I currently manage dozen of NBU policies that perform daily full backups to different volume pools (7 schedules per policy - one per day, different volume pool per day) with a 1 Day Frequency: everything works fine.
Now our customer ask to add a new schedule to perform a monthly full (during the last Sunday of the month) on a calendar bases to a dedicated volume pool.
So during Sunday I've got two schedules enabled: the first one:
Full
Frequency 1 Day
Volume Pool: Sunday
and the archive just created:
Full_Archive
Frequency calendar based
Volume Pool: Archive
At the beginning these two schedules was overlapped: only one between two schedules was performed.
Symantec technician suggested to avoid schedule overlap so we modified policies, but still only one execution goes fine, not both.
It seems that NBU see one full backup for that day and it's enough, so it didn't run another full on the same day.
I already try to use nbpemreq predict but show only one schedule on Sunday, not both schedules.
How I can config NBU to get this goal, without creating new monthly policies?
Policies are mixed (MS-Windows, VMware, MS-SQL-Server) but they suffer the same issue.
NBU is v7.6.0.1 installed on Windows 2003 R2 SP2.
