Backup Exec

Dear All,

                I  installed the remote agent on Windows Server 2012 R2 using Backup Exec 2012 SP4 on two of our servers.The backup is running fine for one of the server but the other server gives an error " Client Side Deduplication is enabled for this job but could not be used.So, i would like to know that Backup Exec 2012 with SP4 is compatible for installing Remote Agent in Windows Server 2012 R2 or not. If it is compatible then why it is giving this error.
