Backup Exec 2014 - Job and backup info not in CASO

Hello - We had one stand-alone Backup Exec 2014 server, and we recently added a 2nd BE server at our co-location.  I set up CASO on the new media server and made the existing media server a managed server.  Now I can see the managed media server in CASO as well as the server clients that it was backing up.  However, the servers all say "never backed up" in CASO and I can't see any of the backup data or job information for those machine.  What do I need to do to see this in CASO?  Any help will be appreciated.
