License and Maintenance Warning

Hi,

We have Symantec Backup Exec 2012 installed on Windows server 2008 R2 server. We are getting below error

The trial period for one or more options expires within 14 days. After the trial period expires, you must enter a license key to use these options. For information about how to obtain a license key, contact your reseller or go to the following URL: https://redirector.symantecstore.com/ipl/trialware... Options that are set for expiration: Deduplication Option 12 days remaining

Could you suggest me about this warning to which it is related to.
