Exchange GRT and Mailbox Directive Confusion

Hi there,

I'm currently going through the exchange documentation and am having issues understanding the difference between using GRT vs the Mailbox directive. Do I use both at the same time?

We have 3 exchange servers: EX1, EX2 and EX3.

I would like the ability to restore individual mail items and/or complete mailboxes.

Would I setup one policy to backup just the information store (using GRT) and another policy that specifies "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:"\

If you can kindly provide an example of how you setup exchange backups in your environment, it may help me understand how best to do it here in my office.
