BE 2012 Service Pack Release Download Issue

Hi,

Can anyone help with the following issue:

When downloading the SP2 BE V.2012, the zip files are in two parts. The instructions are to save both files and the .cmd file in the same folder and then follow the steps to merge the two.

However, has anyone had an issue with this or found a way to resolve this if this particular method is not working. Clicking on the .cmd file creates the error message stating that the file is invalid.

Then when trying to extract the file, it creates an error saying the compressed zipped folder is empty.

Any suggestions?
