Confused by SSR file names on FileConnect

On FileConnect, I can see the following SSR files:

Sym_System_Recovery_2013_11.0.2.49853_English_Recovery_Disk.zip     811.2 MB
Sym_System_Recovery_2013_11.0.2.49853_Multilingual_Product.zip         709.5 MB
Sym_System_Recovery_2013_11.0.2.49853_Multilingual_Recovery_Disk.zip     1.3 GB

What, exactly, are the differences among these?

I would like to download the base product and create a new recovery USB drive - which file am I supposed to download?
