Symantec DLO sql upgrade

Hello All

i want to upgrade my symantec dlo 7.5 to symantecDLO 7.6 and i have having chalenges upgrading the sql 

after copying the sqlexpress folder to my c:\ drive then i navigated to the folder using command prompt

then copied the command with the nessary changes but the task does not want to continue
