Delete "The media server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent" alert

I need a solution

Hi.

I'm doing daily backup jobs (Backup Exec 2010 r3 and WS2003r2) to a NetApp and it's all OK. But... I always have a "The media server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent" exception. It isn't a problem, it's a NetApp and i can't install remote agent there, so i want to delete that kind of alert. Is there any place to delete this kind of alert? I saw an option to don't show "Completed with exceptions" alerts, but its too general.
