Is it possible to download DLO Client 7.6 by itself?

Hello.  We will soon be upgrading our current installation of Symantec DLO 7.5 to the new server version 7.6.

I have not yet been granted a test environment, so I haven't been able to install the server components, which, I assume, will extract the client installation.  Therefore, I wanted to ask a couple of questions.

1.  Is there anywhere I can download the 7.6 client as a standalone?

2.  Can I use the 7.6 client on a workstation with the 7.5 backend installed?

3. The 7.6 version is supposed to fix a number of issues.  Will using the 7.6 client fix any of those same issues without the 7.6 backend?
