Backup Exec 2014 Deletes Expired Backup Sets with Space available!!

BEWS 2014 by default will now fill your backup to disk drives and not delete expired backup sets to create room for new backups.

The only other option is to flip on Settings, Storage, Data Management, Allow Backup Exec to delete all expire backup sets.  When this option is set the backup sets are deleted even if space is still available on the storage device when the retention period expires.    This is the absolute worst idea ever!   Why would you delete a backup set when space is still available?   BEWS 2012 did not do this!    Also when the option is set it will randomly not delete certain expried sets for no reason.    The option to manually delete backup sets is also no longer available.

1.) The default should be to use all storage and when disk space is no longer available delete the oldest expired backup set.  Just like it did in 2012.

2.) Bring back the option to delete backup sets if I chose to do so manually.
