Multiple failures at once

Hello we just had 10 backups fail at once for "Media Write Error (84)" and "Backup failed to back up the requested files (6)".

Possibly a bad tape however Quantum has not alerted us of any yet.

How can I see what Netbackup means? Is there a deeper way to troubleshoot these errors? We are trying to get our environment running smoothly.
