Image import problems

I have a backup image spanning on 2 different tapes belonging to another netbackup domain. When I run Tape contents report for each tape, I can see the backup id (backup image) that I want to import. However, if I run Phase 1 import, only one tape is showing the required backup id. The other tape doesn't show it.

Any idea why is it happening?

I ran Phase 1 import for both the tapes. But only one tape shows the required backup id. I know that backup image spans on both the tapes. After running phase 1 import, I tried to run phase 2 import for the tape on which I can see the required backup ID , but it fails with "unexpected EOF and the image information is not complete)
