Windows SQL 2005 and NBU 7.5 master server on same server

Is there any documentation that details running SQL 2005 on a Windows NBU Master server?

I have a group that needs to bring up a master server and they are providing a Windows 2008 R2 standard server that is also running SQL 2005.

Is it possible to run SQL on the same OS or will it interfere with the Catalog's Sybase Adaptive SQL Anywhere?
