Backup Exec 2012 - Create a Job for a Single Disk Volume

Hi,

I am trying to create a job which will backup a single volume on a server. Not all disks on all servers.  Is this possible? I'm used to 11d and 12.5 so the move to 2012 has made me wonder how this is possible.. im also wondering how to implement policies (i understand that this has changed). But most importantly I want to create jobs that are split up between all the source selection types and servers, so I can easily review the backup results.
