Need help with installing 'renewal' licenses for Backup Exec 2012. I've uploaded the SLF file and the new licenses appear on the Add Licenses page with the new end dates of 5/1/2015. The next step is to review licences. This page is correct. I then choose next to the 'Configure Options' page. This is where I'm stuck at. Why does this page include options that are pre-selected for, Tape Device Drivers and Enable Robotic Library Support. We don't use either. We backup to HDD. Also the enable robotic library support cannot be changed. So, my question is do I just choose next and leave the options that are selected as is? Perhaps they are defaults. Can seem to find a reference to what should or should not be selected on the options page in any documentation.
