Backing up new server incredibly slow.

I have 2 storage servers. They where on 2008 R2 and backed up at normal expected speeds, everything worked great I was usually able to max ou the Gig nics. I've upgraded 1 of them to 2012 R2 and speeds have plummeted. I'm lucky to get 60Mbps now. Why? How do I resolve this? It is not a networking issue as I can move files between the 2 servers manually at expected speeds. 

I'm running BE 2010 R3 Rev 5204 with Service pack 4
